Home » One Day Courses » AI in Marketing
AI has moved from experiment to infrastructure inside marketing teams — most now use at least three AI tools weekly, but few have a plan for using them well.

Move beyond the hype and put AI to work across your whole marketing role.

This is a practical, strategic course for marketing professionals who already use AI occasionally and want to go further — sharper prompts, smarter content, real automation, and a clear-eyed read on where AI genuinely helps versus where it’s just noise.

You’ll get hands-on with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, generative video and voice tools like Sora, Google Veo, Synthesia and Eleven Labs, and platform AI inside tools like HubSpot Breeze, Brandwatch and Dataiku — then leave with a 90-day roadmap for rolling AI into your own team.

New to AI altogether? Our AI Fundamentals for Marketers course is the ideal starting point before this one.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this 1-day course you will:

  • Pick the right tool for the job from a stack that now spans text, image, video and voice generation — and explain why
  • Turn a rough brief into a working prompt using a repeatable framework, not trial and error
  • Spin one piece of approved content into a full set of channel-ready formats in minutes
  • Structure content so AI answer engines actually surface and cite it, not just rank it on Google
  • Automate the routine parts of email, scheduling and campaign admin so more time goes on strategy
  • Build customer personas from real CRM and support data, not internal assumptions
  • Read shifts in brand sentiment before they hit the sales numbers, using listening tools like Brandwatch
  • Use AI to personalise the customer journey without over-engineering it
  • Explain what an AI agent actually does, and where one earns its place in your stack rather than just the hype
  • Make the case for AI investment with a measured baseline, and know what to check at 90 days
  • Spot bias, disclosure and data risk in an AI workflow before a customer or regulator does
