Payment Plans

Paying the full cost of a course upfront can leave a bit of a dent in your finances. For that reason we are now offering students the option of paying for their courses over 4 or 6 months. To find out if this is the right option for you, please read on.

If you are self financing, then sometimes it can be a bit of a challenge to pay for the course in one go. That is why Marketing Tom Media has introduced flexible payment options for students. These options allow you to spread the cost of the course over 4 or 6 months.  They are easy for us to set up and students don’t incur any extra costs, which is what happens with many payment options.

How does the payment plan work?

It’s quite simple actually. To start the process just complete your booking form, checking the box next to payment plan, and one of the team will get in touch to arrange to set this up.

Who is this available to?

The payment plan is open to any student who who wishes to self finance. It does not apply to organisations or to those who are applying through ReAct or other government-funded schemes.

Are there any additional charges?

Absolutely not. All payments are interest free. Students simply pay for the cost of the course that they will be attending over the agreed number of months. There are no extra costs for servicing this package.

What courses qualify for self financing?

Primarily, this option is geared towards students who are doing their Chartered Institute of Marketing level 3, 4 and 6 qualifications. However, there is no reason that students who want to do more than 3 one-day courses could not also apply for a payment plan.

What length are the payment plans? 

For the CIM Foundation Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing and Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing you can pay over 4 or 6 months. The Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing can be paid over 4, 6 or 9 months.

How is the payment plan managed?

Again, this is relatively straightforward. Once we have agreed the number of months for payment, we will send you an initial invoice and then set up repeating invoices that correspond to the agreed number of months. The accounting package that we use for invoices is called Xero and the payments are taken through the global payment provider, Stripe.

Once you receive an invoice, you will see a “Pay Now” button from where you can safely pay through Stripe; you will receive a payment confirmation on sucessful payment.

Can you offer an example of how this plan may work?

Assume you want to sign up for the CIM Level 4 course. The cost of the training course (excluding CIM fees) is £1500 (+VAT). Therefore, on a 4-month plan you would pay £375 (+VAT) every month; on a 6-month plan you would pay £250 (+VAT) every month.
