The course will be delivered via zoom and will cover areas such as the following:

- How to choose a provider
- Designing an email template
- Developing lists
- Engaging your audience
- Measuring your campaigns
- Campaign optimisation
The course will be delivered by Jenna Tiffany, an experienced email marketing practitioner and trainer. She has over 10 years of experience in providing email consultancy services to create and optimise email strategies for a number of high street brands and SMEs across a number of industries, such as retail, travel, financial services, football clubs and B2B organisations. Jenna is a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the IDM and is also an elected member of the prestigious DMA UK Email Marketing Council
The course will be delivered every 4-6 weeks via the Zoom platform and students will have access to recordings and slides after the course.
